Ternyata, kualitas/kondisi hati seseorang sangat terlihat dari kualitas kata-katanya, dan juga terlihat dari kualitas bagaimana vocal/infleksi/intonasi suara orang tersebut dalam mengatakan sesuatu.

Tentang kata-kata, setidaknya ada dua dimensi yang harus kita hijrahkan. Pertama dimensi VOCAL, kedua dimensi VERBAL. Tentu saja hijrah dari kata-kata yang mengandung ketidakbaikan menuju kata-kata yang lebih baik dan berdaya manfaat.

Pertama, dimensi VOCAL. Vocal seseorang dalam berbicara sangat terpengaruh dari kecepatan dan infleksi (tinggi rendah) suaranya. Atau saya sering mengistilahkan denga sebutani getaran suara. Rupanya, jika Anda ingin menyelaraskan hati Anda dengan hati orang yang Anda ajak bicara maka SELARASKANlah getaran suara Anda dengan getaran suara orang itu. Cobalah Anda lakukan hal itu, dan nikmatilah keajaiban yang terjadi…

Kedua, dimensi VERBAL. VERBAL adalah pilihan KATA kita dalam berbicara. Jika kita terbiasa berkata yang positif berarti isi hati kita insya Allah adalah hal-hal yang positif. Tetapi jika seseorang terbiasa berkata kotor, menghujat, dan mengkritik menjatuhkan, berarti kemungkinan isi hatinya seperti itu. Sebab, tidak mungkin Teko berisi air Teh bisa menumpahkan air Kopi. Apa yang kita tumpahkan dari kata-kata kita, maka itulah isi hati kita….

Dan, Tahukah Anda, mengapa kita harus berhati-hati dalam berkata-kata. Sebab rupanya, kata-kata itu menciptakan. Perhatikanlah, 20 tahun yang lalu di Indonesia tidak ada yang BETE, hal ini terjadi karena memang 20 tahun yll tidak ada kosa kata Bete. Dan, semakin tertebar kata “Bete” di alam semesta ini, maka memungkinkan semakin banyak menciptakan orang-orang yang Bete. Wow, Masya Allah…

Bayangkan jika si ibu memarahi anaknya dengan kata NAKAL. Maka tidak perlu heran anak tersebut jadi nakal betulan, karena begitu seringnya sang ibu mengatakan bahwa anaknya Nakal. So, seringkali bukan karena anak itu nakal lalu ia dikatai nakal, tapi karena anak itu sering dikatai nakal maka ia menjadi nakal betulan.

Ditambah lagi, Penelitian dari Prof Masaru Emoto bahwa ternyata ada Pengaruh KATA terhadap kualitas AIR. Kristal air menjadi indah jika diberikan kata-kata yang indah. Dan Bukankah 70% lebih tubuh kita terdiri dari Air?

Sahabat, mari perbaiki VERBAL kita. Berikut beberapa tips memperbaiki kata/verbal.

1. Gunakan Kata yang berenergi POSiTIF
Kurangi kata yang bernuansa/berenergi negatif. Kalau Anda ingin mengatakan Bodoh, maka katakanlah kurang Pintar. Jika Anda ingin mengatakan Sulit, maka katakanlah Tidak Mudah.

2. Gunakan Kata/KALIMAT yang JELAS
Kurangi Kata-kata yang hanya bernuansa Gaul, tapi membuat bingung. Contoh kata-kata yang tidak jelas : Lebay, Bohay, Bokat, Spokat, Cupu dan sebagainya. Kata-kata yang tidak jelas akan memaksa kinerja alam semesta memperjelasnya dan mempopulerkannya, lalu menciptakan orang-orang sesuai kata-kata tersebut. Maka tak heran, semakin bertebaran kata yang tidak jelas di alam semesta ini, maka akan menciptakan banyak orang-orang yang tidak jelas. Wallahu alam.

3. Kalimat yang ujungnya POSITIF
Walaupun Anda ingin/terpaksa menggunakan kata yang berenergi negatif, maka Anda harus menutupnya dengan kata yang positif. Sebab, pada akhirnya, otak kita lebih menerima kata-kata yang berada di akhir kalimat. Contoh, jika Anda mengatakan : Pelajaran matematika, aku bisa tapi sulit. Anda ganti saja dengan pelajaran matematika memang sulit, tapi aku bisa. Kalau Anda mengatakan : Bu Ani orangnya gemuk, tapi cantik. Hal itu lebih indah dibandingkan jika Anda mengatakan Bu Ani memang cantik, tapi gemuk.

4. Kurangi awalan kata JANGAN atau TIDAK
Agar ujungnya Positif, maka kurangi awalan kalimat berkata “Jangan”. Kalau Anda mengatakan “Jangan Ribut”, maka kata ribut membayang di otak orang yang Anda beri intruksi jangan ribut tersebut. Tapi katakanlah, “Tolong Diam… Terimakasih”.

Seorang ibu yang mengatakan kepada anaknya “Jangan Lari, ntar jatuh”, biasanya setelah itu anaknya semakin kencang larinya dan akhirnya terjatuh. Maka katakanlah, “Stop, berhentiiiiii…gerak….”. Intinya mari belajar berkata FOKUS kepada apa yang kita inginkan, bukan malah fokus kepada apa yang tidak kita inginkan.

5. Selaraskan Perkataan dengan Pikiran, Perasaan, Perbuatan, & Peraturan.
“Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, kenapakah kamu mengatakan sesuatu yang tidak kamu kerjakan? Amat besar kebencian di sisi Allah bahwa kamu mengatakan apa-apa yang tidak kamu kerjakan.” (Q.S. 61:2-3).

Number Sequences

The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, “What are you trying to tell me?” and they’ll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.

111 - Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don’t want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? 444 – The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don’t worry because the angels’ help is nearby.

999 – Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, “Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now.”

000 – A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator’s love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle.

Number Combinations

The angels will often give you a message that involves a combination of two or more numbers. Here are the basic meanings of triple-digit, two-number combinations. If your messages contain three or more numbers, blend the answers from the different number combinations. For instance, if you continually notice the sequence 312, use the meaning of the 3 and 1 number combination, plus the 1 and 2 combination.

Or, if you feel guided, add the numbers together. Keep adding the subsequent digits together until you have a single-digit number. Then, look at the meaning for that particular number from the previously outlined list of number sequences that contain identical numbers, (i.e. 111, 222, 333, etc.).

1’s and 8’s, such as 118 or 881 – You are nearing the end of a significant phase of your life. If you are tired of some part of your life, be glad that it will soon be healed or replaced with something better. Surrender and release those parts of your life that aren’t working, as your thoughts of a better life are coming to pass.

1’s and 9’s, such as 119 or 991 – A new door has opened for you as a product of your thoughts. You have the opportunity to stare your thoughts in the face and come eye-to-eye with your own creations. Let the old fall away, as it is replaced with the new in accordance with your desires.

1’s and 0’s, such as 100 or 110 – Powerful Divine guidance from God and the angels asks you to alter your thoughts. Perhaps you have been praying to be happier and healthier. If so, this is an answer to your prayers. God knows that the solution you seek is born within your thoughts. Ask God to guide the direction of your thoughts and support you during your time of transition.

3’s and 7’s, such as 377 or 373 – The ascended masters are joyful. Not only do they see your true inner Divinity, but they also agree with the path you have chosen. They want you to know that you deserve happiness, and to allow the flow of holy bliss that comes with your Divine heritage and chosen path.

3’s and 8’s, such as 338 or 383 – “Keep going,” the masters say to you. Boost the energy and focus of your thoughts and feelings. Realign your outlook with the knowledge of your oneness with God, everyone, and all life.

3’s and 9’s, such as 393 or 339 – This is a strong message to let go of situations in your life that aren’t in integrity or that have served their purpose. Do not artificially hang on to situations because of fear. Know that each and every moment you are taken care of. It is vital that you hold a positive viewpoint about yourself and your future. This viewpoint actually creates what you experience, so ask the masters to help you choose your thoughts from the high point of love.

4’s and 8’s, such as 488 or 448 – This is a message from your angels that a phase of your life is about to end. They want you to know that as things slow down, they are with you and will be helping to guide you to a new situation better suited to your needs, desires, and purpose.

4’s and 9’s, such as 494 or 449 – The angels say to you that it is time to let go of a situation that has ended. They remind you that, as one door closes, another opens. The angels are certainly helping you to open new doors and to heal from any pain that accompanies the transition that you are now undergoing. Please ask your angels to help you have faith that these endings and beginnings are answers to your prayers.

4’s and 0’s, such as 440 or 400 – God and the angels want you to know that you are very, very loved. They ask you to take a moment to feel this love, as it will answer many of your questions and resolve any challenge.

6’s and 3’s, such as 663 or 633 – Your ascended masters are helping you manifest the material items you need for your Divine life purpose. Whether that means money for tuition or outlets for you to conduct your teaching or healing work, the masters are working to bring it to you. 6’s and 4’s, such as 644 or 664 – Your angels caution you that your focus is too much on the material world. They ask you to surrender your worries to them so that they can intervene. Balance your focus between heaven and earth, and know that your supply is truly unlimited, especially when you work hand-in-hand with the Divine.

6′ and 5’s, such as 665 or 655 – Your material life is changing significantly, such as a new home, car, or other possession.

6’s and 7’s, such as 667 or 677 – A validation that your thoughts and work with the material world are right on the mark. You have successfully balanced your thoughts and activities so that you are taking care of the mind, body, and spirit. Keep up the great work!

6’s and 8’s, such as 668 or 688- You are about to part ways with something in your material world, such as selling a possession. If you do not intend to lose or sell anything in your material life, you can change your thoughts and alter this direction. However, if you are intent on selling or detaching material in your life, consider this a sign that your wish is about to come true.

6’s and 9’s, such as 669 or 699 – Detach from your material items, especially if you have had any obsession with any particular type of material possession. This number sequence asks you to let go and detach. Also, this is a message that something in your life is about to be replaced with something better. Be open to receiving new possessions that exceed your expectations, as you are ready to be upgraded. You deserve the best!

6’s and 0’s, such as 600 or 660 – This is a message from your Creator about your material life. Divine guidance from God asks you to focus less on Earthly desires. It’s not that God is asking you to live an impoverished life, but rather, that your Creator asks you to try a more spiritual approach to having your needs met. Know that God is within you and is your source for everything you need. Simply hold faith and gratitude, and be open to signs or new opportunities that will bring your material needs to you. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all the rest will be added to you” is the heart of this number sequence’s message. God also reminds you of the importance of “Divine Timing.” Sometimes, certain factors need to fall into place first before your desired outcome can be reached. Teman-teman.

Salah satu pelajaran penting yang disampaikan guru mengaji saya adalah firman Tuhan yang berbunyi; “Sesungguhnya, dalam setiap kesulitan, terdapat kemudahan.” Bagi saya, ini adalah firman yang sangat motivatif. Dia menguatkan kita saat menghadapi situasi sulit. Dan karena tak seorangpun dimuka bumi ini yang terbebas dari kesulitan hidup, maka sesungguhnya firman itu merupakan penghiburan bagi semua orang. Dengan firman itu, seolah Tuhan memberikan penegasan kepada kita semua bahwa kesulitan pasti akan datang. Namun, tak satupun dari kesulitan itu yang tidak memiliki kemudahan. Lantas, saya pribadi bertanya-tanya; “apakah kemudahan itu ada ´setelah´ kesulitan berakhir, atau memang Tuhan bermaksud mengatakan bahwa kemudahan itu ada ´didalam´ kesulitan? ”

Untuk alasan kepraktisan, sebenarnya saya lebih suka membeli beras dalam kemasan karung. Selain tidak perlu bolak-balik ke warung dua hari sekali, membeli beras karungan juga memberi saya bonus berupa karung yang bisa digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan. Namun, ada satu hal yang sangat tidak saya sukai, yaitu sulit sekali membuka tali simpul yang mengikat karung itu. Kadang-kadang saya harus menggunakan garpu atau tusuk gigi sebagai alat pengait untuk mengurai simpulnya satu demi satu. Tak jarang saya menjadi sangat kesal, lalu menggunakan pisau untuk merobek bagian atas karung itu agar bisa mengeluarkan berasnya. Oleh karena itu saya lebih sering membeli beras dalam kemasan kantung plastik. Isinya sedikit, tapi gampang membukanya. Memang, ini hanya soal pilihan. Apakah saya akan memilih karungan atau plastikan. Kira-kira demikian.

Sama halnya dengan hidup kita. Ketika kita memutuskan untuk memilih tentu kita memiliki alasan yang membuat kita berpikir bahwa jalan hidup itulah yang paling kita inginkan. Namun, setiap pilihan memiliki konsekuensi masing-masing. Dalam konteks ini berupa kesulitan dan kepedihan saat kita menjalaninya. Dalam banyak situasi, kita boleh memilih untuk mengerjakan hal-hal yang mudah; tetapi, biasanya hasilnya tidak terlampau berarti. Pekerjaan mudah yang kita lakukan itu tidak memberi dampak yang bermakna bagi perusahaan atau diri kita sendiri. Sebaliknya, jika kita memilih untuk melakukan sebuah project yang besar lagi rumit, mungkin hasilnya akan banyak. Namun, untuk menyelesaikannya kita harus bersedia menjalani lika-liku yang teramat sulit dan penuh rasa sakit.

Suatu ketika, saya kembali tergoda untuk membeli beras dalam karung. Disaat rasa putus asa hampir memenuhi ubun-ubun; secara tidak sengaja saya menarik ujung tali simpul dibagian lain dari pengikat karung itu. Ajaib sekali, ketika ujung tali itu ditarik; srrrrrrrrrreeeeeeet…..kesuluruhan tali simpul pengikat itu terlepas dengan begitu mudahnya! Sungguh, dengan cara itu hampir tidak ada tenaga yang terbuang. Dengan cara lama, saya harus sampai berkeringat dan menghabiskan waktu lebih dari lima belas menit untuk membuka simpul demi simpul yang ada. Tetapi, ketika ujung tali ajaib itu ditemukan, saya cukup menariknya nyaris tanpa tenaga, dan hanya butuh waktu kurang dari 3 detik untuk membuka karung itu. Lebih dari itu, karung berasnya pun utuh tidak kurang satu apapun.

Jika anda belum tahu tentang rahasia simpul karung beras ini; anda harus mencoba menemukan keajaibannya. Karena, simpul karung beras memberitahu kita sebuah rahasia yang selama ini sering kita ragukan, yaitu; “Sesungguhnya, dalam setiap kesulitan, terdapat kemudahan.” Karung beras ini berhasil mengubah paradigma lama saya. Semula, saya mengira bahwa: kalau kita mau bersabar dalam kesulitan, maka ´diakhir´ perjalanan kita akan sampai kepada sebuah kemudahan. Sehingga, selama ini saya berfokus kepada usaha ´menguatkan diri´ untuk menempuh jalan sulit itu dengan sabar dan tabah, hingga saya bisa bertahan untuk tiba diakhir yang menyenangkan. Seperti memanjat gunung tinggi; jika kita bisa terus beranjak naik, kita akan sampai juga kepuncak tertinggi.

Sebaliknya, tali itu dengan gamblang menunjukkan bahwa kita tidak harus membuka satu demi satu simpul yang sulit itu terlebih dahulu untuk bisa membuka keseluruhan simpul karung. Justru, dia memperlihatkan bahwa ada cara yang sangat mudah yang tersembunyi dibalik setiap simpul yang sulit diurai itu. Tugas kita adalah untuk menemukan kemudahan itu tanpa harus mengurainya satu demi satu terlebih dahulu.

Barangkali, hidup juga memang demikian adanya. Itulah sebabnya, mengapa begitu banyak orang yang menderita dalam menjalani hidupnya. Seolah mereka berpindah dari satu kesulitan hidup, kepada kesulitan hidup yang lain. Namun, pada situasi yang sama; ada banyak orang yang bisa menjalaninya dengan begitu mudahnya. Seolah mereka selalu bisa menemukan jalan keluar dari setiap persoalan hidup yang menghadangnya. Ada apa ini sebenarnya? Barangkali, itu terjadi karena kita belum benar-benar memahami apa yang Tuhan isyaratkan dalam firmanNya; “Sesungguhnya, dalam setiap kesulitan, terdapat kemudahan.” Andai saja kita bisa menemukan simpul rahasia untuk mengurai belitan-belitan kesulitan hidup itu; mungkin kita bisa menjalaninya dengan teramat sangat mudah. Tidak peduli sesulit apa situasinya.

Sekarang, setiap kali saya membeli beras dalam karung; saya tidak pernah takut lagi akan kesulitan saat membuka tali simpul karung itu. Sebab, saya percaya bahwa pabrik yang membuat kemasan karung beras itu telah memasang tali simpul sedemikian rupa sehingga tali itu akan sulit untuk dibuka; supaya isi karung tidak mudah bertumpah ruah. Namun pada saat yang sama, ada sebuah titik rahasia yang bisa digunakan untuk membuka ´keseluruhan´ tali simpul itu dengan teramat mudahnya. Tetapi, hanya orang yang tahu cara membukanya dengan benar sajalah yang dapat mengurainya dengan begitu mudah. Sehingga dia tidak akan mendapatkan kesulitan sama sekali saat membuka karungnya.

Untuk menjalani hidup, barangkali juga demikian; kita tidak perlu takut lagi akan kesulitan saat membuka simpul-simpulnya. Namun pada saat yang sama, ada sebuah titik rahasia yang bisa digunakan untuk membuka ´keseluruhan´ tali simpul itu dengan teramat mudahnya. Tetapi, hanya orang yang tahu cara menjalaninya dengan benar sajalah yang dapat mengurainya dengan begitu mudah. Sehingga dia tidak akan mendapatkan kesulitan sama sekali saat menjalani hidupnya.

Saatnya bagi kita untuk meninggalkan paradigma bahwa kemudahan akan datang setelah kesulitan. Karena jika demikian; berarti kita harus menjalani setiap episode sulit itu hingga habis terlebih dahulu sebelum mendapatkan kemudahan. Jika umur kita tidak cukup panjang, mungkin kita tidak akan pernah sampai pada kemudahan itu. Sehingga seluruh hidup kita dijalani dalam kesulitan. Sebaliknya, mari kita gunakan paradigma baru bahwa; kemudahan itu berada didalam kesulitan. Jadi, setiap kali kita menghadapi kesulitan, yakinlah bahwa kemudahan ada didalamnya. Sehingga, kita mempunyai kesempatan untuk menemukan simpul kemudahan didalamnya, agar bisa keluar dari kesulitan itu; sesegera mungkin. Lebih dari itu, kita bisa selalu berbaik sangka kepada Tuhan; atas segala hal yang telah Dia takdirkan.

Di milis Money Magnet baru-baru ini ramai dibahas mengenai memaafkan dan melupakan. Ada yang mengalami suatu pengalaman yang menyakitkan dan merasa sulit untuk memaafkan. Ada yang merasa sudah memaafkan namun kok nggak bisa melupakan. Apakah memaafkan sama dengan melupakan?

Saya menjelaskan mengenai efek dan khasiat memaafkan di artikel Forgiveness is The True Healer. Ini adalah artikel yang saya posting di web saya beberapa waktu lalu.

Bagaimana sih kok kita ini sampai bisa punya masalah, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan emosi negatif?

Sebenarnya semua emosi itu positif. Namun untuk memudahkan penjelasan maka saya “mengkategorikan” emosi seperti marah, kecewa, dendam, benci, terluka, sakit hati, perasaan bersalah, takut, cemas, khawatir, dan kawan-kawannya sebagai emosi negatif. Emosi negatif adalah emosi yang bila kita rasakan atau alami akan sangat mengganggu kita.

Pertanyaannya sekarang adalah, “Dari manakah sebenarnya emosi ini?”

Emosi muncul sebagai hasil dari suatu pemaknaan. Setiap kejadian adalah netral. Tidak ada kejadian yang baik atau jelek. Semua bergantung pada diri kita sendiri. Kita memberikan makna pada kejadian itu berdasarkan persepsi kita. Persepsi dipengaruhi oleh belief system kita. Jadi, ujung-ujungnya sebenarnya bicara soal belief system atau sistem kepercayaan.

Nah, begitu kita memberikan makna pada suatu kejadian atau peristiwa maka emosi yang muncul bisa berupa emosi positif, emosi negatif, atau netral.

Lalu, bagaimana kita bisa melupakan dan memaafkan, atau memaafkan dan melupakan?

Pertama, yang perlu diluruskan adalah kita bisa memaafkan namun kita tidak akan bisa melupakan. Semua yang pernah kita alami tersimpan di memori di pikiran bawah sadar kita. Yang kita lakukan, khususnya hipnoterapis, adalah menetralisir emosi negatif dengan teknik terapi tertentu. Selama emosi negatif ini tidak berhasil dinetralisir maka kita akan selalu diganggu oleh memori tersebut. Memori ini kadang muncul, kadang hilang. Nanti muncul lagi, lalu hilang lagi. Demikian seterusnya.

Sebelum saya teruskan, ada yang perlu saya jelaskan mengenai memori. Memori adalah data yang disimpan di pikiran bawah sadar kita. Data ini berisi beberapa hal yang berhubungan dengan suatu kejadian atau peristiwa, antara lain:

1.Waktu terjadinya
2.Lokasi kejadian
3.Siapa saja yang terlibat
4.Gambar/image
5.Suara
6.Bau
7.Rasa
8.Sensasi perabaan
9.EMOSI.

Yang membuat masalah sebenarnya bukan komponen 1 sampai 8, tapi yang no 9, emosi. Komponen emosi muncul sebagai hasil dari pemaknaan.

Nah, untuk memaafkan maka kita harus bisa menetralisir emosi ini. Selama emosi tidak berhasil dinetralisir maka kekuatan penolakan, untuk tidak memaafkan, akan sangat kuat. Re-edukasi pikiran bawah sadar, misalnya memberikan pemaknaan baru terhadap kejadian yang tadinya dirasa menyakitkan, baru bisa berjalan efektif, mudah, dan permanen saat emosi ini telah kita bereskan. Setelah emosi dibereskan maka kita tetap bisa mengingat semua kejadian atau pengalaman namun sudah tidak lagi terpengaruh. Kita mengingat pengalaman itu hanya sebagai suatu kenangan dengan intensitas emosi yang netral.

Saat emosi berhasil dibereskan, saat inilah kita dinyatakan sembuh. Jadi yang menjadi sumber masalah selama ini adalah emosi (negatif).

Apakah membereskan emosi harus dengan menggunakan hipnoterapi?

Wah ya nggak lah. Ada banyak teknik untuk bisa membereskan emosi ini. Di Quantum Hypnosis Indonesia saya mengajarkan banyak teknik terapi dan variasinya. Cara yang umumnya digunakan orang adalah dengan berusaha mengikis emosi ini sedikit demi sedikit seiring dengan perjalanan waktu. Mereka berkata, “Time will heal the wound” atau “Waktu yang akan menyembuhkan luka ini”. Ada lagi yang mencoba dengan memberikan pemaknaan ulang, secara sadar. Ada yang menggunakan pendekatan spiritual, dengan doa. Ada lagi yang curhat, atau menggunakan teknik konseling. Dan masih banyak lagi deh.

Nah, dari pengalaman saya, yang paling mudah, sederhana, tapi sangat cepat adalah dengan menggunakan EFT. Ini yang paling mudah. Apalagi kalau menggunakan Hypno-EFT. Dijamin lebih cespleng. Bisa juga pake NLP. Dan kalo semua nggak bisa, terpaksa pake jurus pamungkas, memaafkan dengan bantuan hipnoterapi.

Apa beda masing-masing teknik terapi ini?

Jika menggunakan NLP maka kita tidak akan mengotak-atik konten. Kita tidak perlu tahu apa yang terjadi. Pertanyaan yang diajukan tidak pernah, “Mengapa ini terjadi?” tapi “Bagaimana anda membuat emosi ini muncul?” Di sini yang dicari adalah strategi yang mengakibatkan suatu emosi muncul. Terapi dilakukan dengan mengubah strategi sehingga tidak bisa memunculkan emosi itu lagi.

Dengan menggunakan Hypno-EFT maka kita memotivasi klien untuk berubah dan melepaskan emosi negatifnya. Ini adalah pendekatan waking hypnosis. Selanjutnya kita mengotak-atik jalur meridien tubuh, dengan melakukan ketukan pada titik-titik di tubuh dan dengan urutan tertentu. Hasilnya? Sangat efektif. Saya bahkan sering menerapi klien jarak jauh dengan menggunakan Hypno-EFT. Yang sering saya demonstrasikan adalah bagaimana dengan cepat menyembuhkan phobia ular. Biasanya hanya butuh waktu sekitar 2 menit.

Kalau dengan hipnoterapi caranya berbeda lagi. Kita akan menggunakan teknik tertentu untuk menemukan akar masalah dan melepaskan emosi negatif yang selama ini mengganggu hidup klien. Selanjutnya pikiran klien anda direedukasi, memberikan pemaknaan baru, dan melakukan forgiveness.

Emosi yang saya maksudkan di sini tentunya emosi negatif yang menggangu hidup kita. Namun, apakah emosi positif juga bisa dinetralisir atau dihilangkan? Bisa.

Ada teknik yang bisa dengan sangat cepat menetralisir baik emosi positif maupun negatif. Bahkan perasaan cinta juga bisa kita hilangkan dengan sangat cepat. Semua bergantung kebutuhan, situasi, dan kondisi.
